LHS Athletic Hall of Fame
On Saturday, January 28, Lakeland High School will induct its first class of honorees into the LHS Athletic Hall of Fame. Eleven former Lakers were chosen for this honor from 30 nominees. The induction ceremony will take place between the Lakeland-Wawasee JV and varsity basketball games.
John Storck, who is a full-time resident at Oliver Lake, is a member of this first class of inductees. Storck served as Lakeland High School assistant principal and athletic director for 31 years. During his tenure Laker teams captured 34 boys sectional championships and 16 NECC All Sports Trophies.
