Former Lambright farm back in the news

On Sunday, March 23, the South Bend Tribune featured a front page article about the former Lambright farm entitled “Officials delve into LaGrange County land deal.” Residents of Oliver and Martin Lakes have been following this topic since early January 2013 when the Indiana State Board of Accounts released an audit that raised questions about the transactions dealing with the former Lambright farm.

The Tribune article also contains a link to the Lambright Trust Agreement. This document is not part of the public record in either the LaGrange County auditor’s or recorder’s office. It was provided to the Tribune by an attorney representing the county.
