ISBA audit is of interest to lake residents
On January 2, a lake resident alerted the OMLCIA Board to a recently released Indiana State Board of Accounts audit report for the LaGrange County Commissioners for the 2010 calendar year. This audit report was released by ISBA on December 27, 2012, and contains information about the Lambright Trust. This Trust is of particular interest to Oliver Lake residents since it includes the former Lambright farm on the south shore of the lake. Because of the audit results and comments, the LaGrange County prosecuting attorney Jeff Wible is now reviewing this audit report. In addition, on Friday, January 4, the Kendallville News Sun published a front page article on the land transactions.
